XPRIMER.HRM is a development software personnel management. Polish Academy of Sciences ranked the software the most of innovative products of the Polish economy in 2011. It was rewarded with the award Golden HR Horizon and with the nomination to the "Emblem now Poland".
XPRIMER.HRM and XPRIMER.HCM are solutions which can work both automatically, as well as in the full integration of the XPRIMER platform. The XPRIMER.HRM is focusing on the aspect of the precise planning and accounting for working hours, the registration of personnel events and supporting the current transport of employees with the personnel department at using the employee portal.
The XPRIMER.HCM software includes functionalities from the so-called scope of "soft HR". Assessment processes of employee competence belong to them along with analysis of fitting them to the taken position, support for the recruitment, etc. XPRIMER.HCM is also an example of the software which, thanks to tools built in, the customer can independently into the simply way new functionalities.
